The list of scholarships as of October 2, 2013:
- GetDirecTV: $2500: This scholarship goes to a high school senior, who submits the best blog entry on how TV has influenced their post-graduate career aspirations. DUE: 4/01/2014.

- Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara: Undecided: DUE: 1/31/2014.

- Fleischmann and Floro Awards Program: about $2000: This scholarship is for strong academic achievement and outstanding community service. In addition to meeting the General Eligibility requirements, applicants must have a minimum of 3.5 weighted GPA and a strong record of community service. No financial need required. DUE: 11/15/2013.

- RHS PTSA Scholarship: Undecided: Must be member of the PTSA by 11/15/2013 and community service at RHS only. DUE: 5/1/2014.
Fill out request form, which is available in the Career Center.
- Elks Most Valuable Student: $1250-1750: Based on academics, leadership, community service, and various other factors. DUE: 12/6/2013.

- Elks Families Scholarship: Undecided: Must be a child or grandchild of a dues-paying Elks member. DUE: 1/31/2014.

- Gates Millennium Scholarship: Undecided: This scholarship has a good amount of requirements, so it would be best to check the website. DUE: 1/15/2014.

- Ian Hassett Memorial Scholarship: $1000: This scholarship is ONLY for those interested in the arts. DUE: 4/1/2014.
Fill out request form, which is available in the Career Center.
- Elks Lodge 1538 Scholarship: $200-$700: Focus is on GPA, school, and community service. DUE: By the 10th of each month.

- Chamber of Commerce Scholarship: $200:Focus is on GPA, school, and community service. DUE: By the 10th of each month.

Maddie, thank you so much for posting these! It's so helpful, especially when we can't make it to the College/Career Center. Do you think you could organize these by due date, and cross out the ones whose deadlines have already passed?
